The hotel had stunning views of the surroundings, which made for a truly enjoyable stay. the location was convenient for our business trip, with easy access to nearby amenities. The room was also comfortable and had all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay.
The check-in process was a bit of a disaster. The lack of responsiveness and poor communication from the staff was quite frustrating and not a pleasant start to our stay.

We really liked this place! The view was super nice and added to the overall lovely atmosphere. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including tea and coffee facilities. We especially enjoyed the sitting area and terrace, which allowed us to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The leisure spa & wellness centre with the sauna and jacuzzi was a great bonus, providing the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.

Spent my Christmas holiday at this hotel and I must say, the view was breathtaking! the staff were accommodating and friendly. the location was ideal as well, easy access to restaurants and shops. What I enjoyed most was the cozy room and the comfortable bed. It was nice to be able to relax and unwind after a long day. the fact that they had a pool and a sauna really added to the experience.
Our check, in experience was disastrous. We tried contacting them but they weren't picking up their phones.

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic! We had a super nice view from our room, which really made our stay memorable. the room itself was very clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the bathroom was also well, maintained, and we had no issues with the plumbing or hot water. the service provided by the staff, although not the best during check, in, was overall satisfactory. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. the facilities offered by the hotel were enjoyable, especially for families with kids. We would definitely consider staying here again.
The initial check, in experience, where there were some issues with communication and delays.
